MongoDB Subscription
10gen's Subscriptions help you get the most out of your MongoDB deployments. Subscriptions include Developer and Production support, access to MongoDB Subscriber Edition, which includes additional features beyond the open source version, and, depending your subscription level, a Commercial License that replaces the AGPL license on the open source version.

With your MongoDB Subscription, you'll have 24x7 access to our support through Jira, where you can ask questions of 10gen's experts whenever you want.
10gen's worldwide support organization is on call and ready to help you resolve any issues that come up with your deployment. Whether your database is having performance problems, or if you just want advice on operational procedures, you can be sure you've got the world's most experienced MongoDB experts on call and ready to assist.
In addition to issue based support, when you purchase a Subscription, a 10gen engineer will go through an onboarding call with your team where we review your application and use of MongoDB to identify any issues before they come up. We'll also check in with your team quarterly to review how things are going and recommend any actions to ensure your database runs smoothly without any issues.
MongoDB Subscriber Edition
10gen offers MongoDB Subscriber Edition for customers. Customers may use either this version, or the standard mongodb.org binaries and receive support on either. The Subscriber Edition offers a number of features in addition to the open source version:
SNMP Support - MongoDB Subscriber Edition includes support for SNMP, allowing easy management and monitoring from SNMP based management tools.
Platform Qualification - 10gen tests and certifies that MongoDB Subscriber Edition runs on various OS platforms. MongoDB Subscriber Edition is currently certified on Ubuntu and Amazon Linux.
MongoDB Subscriber Edition is free for evaluation use. Production use requires a 10gen Subscription.
Commercial License
If your legal department has problems with the AGPL, or if you're interested in OEM applications, you may prefer to have a standard commercial license instead of the normal AGPL license. Your gold subscription automatically includes a commercial license for MongoDB to overcome these issues. Contact us for more information on Commercial Licenses or OEM and Redistribution.
