Frequently Asked Questions - Public Training

  • What should I bring to training?
    A laptop is required for the trainings. Please have MongoDB installed. You can download MongoDB at mongodb.org/downloads. Installation instructions are available in our Quickstart Guide.

  • Do I need to print a ticket to be admitted to the training?
    No, you do not need to print your order confirmation and no physical ticket is required for admittance.

  • I can't make the event. Can I get a refund / can someone else go in my place?
    You have the option of either a refund or transferring your ticket up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Please email training@10gen.com for further assistance.

  • How can I get a receipt for purchasing a training spot?
    If you require a receipt for purchasing your training ticket please email training@10gen.com for further assistance.

  • Will meals be served?
    Yes, breakfast and lunch are served each day.

  • How long is the training?
    Training begins at 9:00 am sharp and ends by 6:00 pm each day.
