- MongoDB Enterprise. MongoDB Enterprise is available with the Enterprise Subscription. It includes a number of value-added capabilities, such as advanced security, purpose-built monitoring and SNMP support for integration with standard enterprise monitoring and management tools. In addition, MongoDB Enterprise is tested and certified on Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu and Amazon Linux.
- Professional Support. MongoDB Subscriptions provide 24x7 access to support. Customers can ask 10gen's MongoDB experts an unlimited number of questions at any time of day. A 10gen engineer conducts a brief onboarding call to orient customers to the support process and to gather information about their environments (e.g., hardware specifications and application architectures). The 10gen team also checks in quarterly to help keep MongoDB running smoothly. Lastly, 10gen support includes emergency patches for MongoDB (for Standard and Enterprise customers).
- Commercial License. Enterprises with restrictions around the AGPL license or those interested in OEM applications may prefer a standard commercial license, which is included in the MongoDB Standard and Enterprise Subscriptions.
