MongoDB's development support package provides unlimited development, testing and staging support via phone and web for up to six months on an unlimited number of servers. Development support is designed for projects in development and ensures that users have the resources they need to make their applications successful.
Development support includes:
- Onboarding Call. A 10gen engineer conducts a brief onboarding call to orient you to our support process and to gather information about your environment, such as hardware specifications and the architecture of your application in order to better support your project.
- Developer Assistance. 10gen engineers answer development teams' development and testing questions directly through a dedicated JIRA ticketing portal or by phone, with a 4-hour response time.
- MongoDB Health Check. An experienced 10gen engineer performs a Health Check with the team to assess the overall status of the MongoDB deployment.
