- Deliver ongoing consulting for MongoDB-related development and operations
- Become intimately familiar with the customer's application, system and team
- Ensure that MongoDB and the underlying system are properly configured for production
- Facilitate issue resolution and escalate within 10gen
- Be directly reachable via a telephone using a direct line, email and instant messenger (e.g., Skype, gChat)
The TAM will remain the same over the duration of the contract, and will have a fixed schedule and location to ensure optimal communication and request resolution.
