We have worked with them all for some time, and you’ve likely met their teams at our events and meetups. Effective today, 10gen is partnering with these companies to support their MongoDB servers. As an Engine Yard, MongoHQ, or MongoLab customer, you will continue to work with their respective teams for day-to-day support needs. What’s new is that critical issues will now be escalated to 10gen’s 24x7 support & engineering teams and we’ll work with them to quickly resolve any problems.
If you are a user of MongoLab or MongoHQ, or have an Engine Yard premium support package, your MongoDB servers are automatically covered. We use tools like MongoDB Monitoring Service (MMS) to work with the teams to monitor, identify, and fix issues.
We believe that MongoDB is a great match for the cloud, and we are extremely excited to work closely with companies to ensure that you have the broadest range of options to deploy your production MongoDB applications.
