MongoDB Subscriber Edition
10gen provides a MongoDB Subscriber Edition for customers. MongoDB Subscriber Edition adds SNMP support and in addition to other platforms, has been qualified with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This edition is free for usage for evaluation purposes. Production licenses are included as part of a MongoDB Subscription.
JIRA
10gen provides online support through the MongoDB JIRA issue tracking tool. Using JIRA, you can report issues, ask questions, track the status of support inquiries, and communicate with 10gen's engineering and support staff. If you are a paid support customer, you can log in to JIRA to get started right away.
